Trump can be impeached even if he didn't commit a crime

This is a strong piece because its uses strong evidence. It uses evidence that supports the idea that Trump can be impeached, and that Congress can decide if someone is impeached or not. The use of multiple pieces of evidence could sway a person that doesn't not much about this subject to believing that the Congress has the decision. This piece is strong because it's evidence causes the reader to begin to believe what the writer is portraying, especially if a person is not one-sided.
