The End of DACA: What We Know and Don’t Know

Trump has recently moved to abolish DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. DACA protect Dreamers, illegal immigrants who were brought into the country by their parents at a young age. These Dreamers have only known America and DACA gave protected them from deportation. It allowed them to have licenses and go to college and have jobs. Now they have 6 months before they are deported, even though they have never known any other country. This is relevant because of the 800,000 "illegal" Americans who will be deported. They have only ever known America and it is cruel to deport them and currently relevant.

Hurricane Irma, Packing 185-M.P.H. Winds, Makes Landfall in Caribbean

Hurricane Irma has now made landfall on Puerto Rico. It comes at a bad time as America has just recently stopped being hit by Hurricane Harvey. Irma is supposed to hit the East Coast and the Bahamas. It is a category 5 and is going to hit Florida really badly. Evacuation has already been called for large portions of Florida. It is going to be an extremely destructive storm and is very relevant in the news. A constant debate in Politics is Global Warming. It shouldn't be a debate and, "I don't believe in global warming" is not and argument. Now, we are suffering from two devastating storms, back to back. Maybe, this will spark some discussion in the EPA, and maybe different leadership.
