This is a particularly strong review because of it's descriptive manner. Just reading this review I got a little bit hungry. The writer goes into great depth explaining the different types of food that is served at the restaurant in addition to setting a clear standard of how nice the restaurant is, as he describes how the waiters brush off crumbs after every course. The author does a great job describing the setting of the restaurant as well, how it is a very welcoming place, as he makes subtle comments about how how encounters with the employees are pleasant. He also shows that the restaurant is a place for everyone by choosing certain things to talk about on the menu as he discussed courses like the steak covered in lobster gravy as well as a burger and sundaes, showing that no matter the age people will enjoy this restaurant. I agree, the author paints a vivid picture with their writing. It is so descriptive and entertaining. They use comparisons and evidence when talking about any part of the restaurant. I also have to agree reading the review did make me a little hungry.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the descriptions that the author uses helps to sell the restaurant and make me want to visit. The author also describes the variety of food that the Loyal serves, which would help a readers' decision on where to eat.
